Trans rights protesters shout at filmgoers leaving via backdoor after Adult Human Female film
OVER one hundred trans rights activists staged a protest over a screening of a gender critical film this week.
The group held up banners and chanted as people attended the event at the University of Edinburgh.
Cops and security guards formed a ring of steel around the uni building at the capital's George Square.
The controversial Adult Human Female movie questions whether transgender women are “really harmless” and has been branded as “dangerous” by critics who claim it promotes transphobia.
The screening went ahead on Wednesday night despite the protest taking place.
As the filmgoers left via the backdoor the protesters started to shout 'No terfs on our terf'.
