Also, we want to give a shoutout to our instructor, Crashanta, who ROCKED and RECOVERED from her "boo-boo". We love and embrace all the mess ups and get ups in this community -- so rather than start over....we just KEPT ON GOING! That's a great rule for life, guys. No matter what obstacle, mistake or "boo-boo" gets in your way...keep moving forward.

We're on this fitness journey WITH YOU, and we're all flawed...and at the same time, FLAWLESS. We believe that fitness is for everybody and every BODY, and you'll see all size, shapes and fitness levels represented in our REFIT® community.
