In MY TOWN we’re going to throw it down with a series of funky, fun, Texas-loving moves for a wildly fun workout. You will master the moves right away to quickly elevate your heart rate with the repetitive line-dance style choreography. Have your own idea for a dancing throw down? Grab some friends from your town and add your own moves!

FIT TIP: If you need help getting into the piece of choreography at the beginning of the song: think about pushing the hip out every time the arms go to the front and to the side. The bigger the arms, the bigger the fun! This song is full of attitude—so get in your element and go for it!
