Smoothie:
2 cups blueberries
1 cup pomegranate
1/2 cup soy milk
2 tbsp protein powder ( I used vivo life salted maca caramel )
splash of coconut kefir
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tsp ashwagandha
water until desired consistency
Also I had banana in the house they were just really green lol! I would recommend using one in this smoothie, its great without but would be even better with!
