I counted my calories for a day... as an intuitive eater!
Today I counted my calories as an intuitive eater, for the second time in my life! 👉🏻 I eat more then I thought I did!
Counting calories is not sustainable for me and my life style all the time. I see food as something that fuels me not in terms of calories but in the essential vitamins and minerals that are inside! Plus as a plant based person that eats mainly whole foods its hard to keep track of all the spinach and carrots I eat 😉
You don’t have to count your calories to be healthy and I think it's rather unhealthy to be completely driven by food in terms of calories. Eat to make yourself feel your best, that is what is truly important!
