4 days of intuitive eating - to make me happy! ( vegan + healthy + EASY )
Welcome to another what I eat in a week ( or 4 days rather ) video lol!! Your girl wanted to feature herself just eating the way she feels good and happy! You may be able to tell I eat a lot of whole foods, nuts, seeds and other nourishing things. And its because my body craves it, it boosts my mental health and energy levels so high! Food basically saved me from a very dark and anxious mindset many years ago and since then I have ate the way my body thrives most! Yes I love my sweets and treats too but the majority of the time I eat the way I feature in this video!

Lemon Tahini Pasta:
1/2 onion
1/2 zucchini
4-5 cloves garlic
1/2 red pepper
2 tsp basil
1 lemon
2 tbsp tahini
handful sundried tomatoes
large handful spinach
s & p to taste
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
pinch of thyme
1 tsp oil
Lemon pepper dressing:
1/2 lemon (juice)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 - 2 tsp agave ( you can use sweeter of choice, honey, maple syrup or even just some raw sugar)
1 tbsp tahini
Touch of oil
And if it’s too thick add a touch of water!
Stove top granola:
1 cup oats
handful chopped walnuts
handful chopped almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
touch of s&p 2-3 tbsp
peanut butter
2 tbsp agave
