What I Eat In A Week #2 *Intuitive Eating* [vegetarian // indian // realistic & healthy]

Hey everyone!
 
I'm finally back with my second video:D
 
This is a vlog-style video in which I discuss the meals and snacks that I eat on each day for a week, and also what workouts I've been doing to maintain and improve my fitness level. I follow a vegetarian diet and eat home-cooked Indian food at least once most days. I love cooking and show some of my recipes here!

Life has been super hectic but soon I'm going to have some more time to edit and publish more regular videos!
I have started filming the next video (which you might like if you are trying to get into/back into fitness👀) - any guesses?
