pancakes:
1/4 cup oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
pinch of baking powder
1/2 banana
vanilla essence
pinch of salt

vanilla almond granola:
1 cup oats
1 cup puffed rice
1 cup almonds
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
pinch of salt
vanilla essence

hummus:
2 tbsp olive oil
garlic cloves
1 cup chickpeas
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp cumin
salt to taste
7 tbsp water (adjust as you like)
