popping brownies:
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/2 cup hot butter
1/2 cup hot water
2 chia eggs (do not blend the chia seeds if you want a magic poppy ride)
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
vanilla essence
1 cup dark choc chips

protein french toast:
1/2 banana
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup soy milk (any milk works)
pinch of cinnamon and salt
vanilla flavour drops (if you don’t have it use 1 tbsp maple syrup of honey instead)
1 tsp chia seeds ( optional but highly recommended)
vanilla essence
bread (duh)
directions:
-blend everything together in a blender
-transfer to a flattish bowl
-dunk bread and let it soak
-fry in coconut oil yum
