南馬人最愛的傳統美食「水糕」
水糕
粘米粉 200g
木薯粉 1小茶匙
水 600
鹽巴 1小茶匙
油 2小茶匙
作法:
所有材料混合,靜放6小時以上。
粉會沈澱,把水跟粉再次混合,那一半出來,隔水煮至糊狀,把另一半加進去混合,混合後過篩,出來效果會更滑。
盛具(小碗或任何碗狀)先蒸熱然後塗上一層油,再把米糊倒如,大火蒸大約25分鐘。
材料B
蒜頭半碗
蝦米半碗(泡水至半軟,切碎)
菜圃一碗 (泡水,切碎)
全部切碎,爆香蝦米,炒香後加菜譜,最後加蒜米。
Ingredients:
A: 200g rice flour, 20g corn starch , 25g potato starch , 600ml water, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp oil
B:
Garlic 1/2 bowl
Shrimp 1/2 bowl (soaked in water to semi-soft, chopped)
salted-and-dried-radish 1bowl (soaked, chopped)
Method:
All the materials are mixed, quiet place for more than six hours.
Powder will settle, the water mixed with the powder again, half out, drain and cook until mushy, added the other half are mixed and sieved out effect will be more slippery.
Mold (small bowl or any bowl), steam it for around 5 minutes, spray some oil on the Surface,then pour cereal into your more ,heat about 25-30 minutes.
