Canadian citizens can be granted #TNStatus in the U.S. for a maximim period of 3 years.

In order to be readmitted into the U.S., you must show to the US Customs and Border Protection Officer at the time of readmission, the following documents:

1. Your Canadian passport
2. The unexpired I-94 record that notes your autorized stay in TN Status and the expiration of TN Status
3. A copy of the letter of support from your U.S. employer
4. Your Diplomas and Credentials for your TN Status
