#E2TreatyInvestorVisa is a US Non-Immigrant Visa that allows an individual from one of the E-2 treaty countries to come, work & live in the United States in exchange for making an investment into a #USbusiness enterprise.

Important:
- The investor or the applicant must be a citizen of one of the E2 Treaty Countries.
- The applicant can choose to invest in a start-up and in other words to start new companies in the United States.

- The US business must be in a position to generate a substantial amount of income to support the investor and his/her family.
- The investor must be actively involved in the management of the company and can not be a passive investor.
