In this video, I show you my 9 month jump rope transformation. I have seen amazing results and a flatter stomach. Jump roping is great cardio and jump roping helps burn belly fat. It is an amazing total body workout. I started jump roping 9 months ago because I gained weight during quarantine. I had a jump rope in my closet, started using it, and I have jump roping since. I will share with you the healthy foods I ate, because weight loss is easier to happen on a healthier diet. I also show you a clip of my jump rope routine and tell you the three things I do to keep me motivated. Without motivation, I wouldn’t have jumped rope this long. I would have stopped after I hit a plateau. This jump rope challenge has changed my life 😊 I find watching jump rope videos like the Jump Rope Dudes, Rush Athletics, Jump Rope Mom, and other transformations inspiring.
