14 DAY JUMP ROPE CHALLENGE! Insane transformation| FAT BURNING

Finally, I present to you... the results of our two week jump rope challenge.
I was shooketh. Down 8.2 inches total! I highly recommend you incorporate jumping rope in your workouts. You wont regret it. New found love, for sure. I highly recommend you to check this video out and to incorporate jumping rope in your workout routines.

Oh and I broke my ankle, so our next challenge will require me to be ....seated.
