I DID THE 7 DAY JUMP ROPE CHALLENGE (1000 jumps per day) + Shocking results

In this video, i do the 7-day jump rope challenge. i started with 1000 jumps and increased by 100 extra jumps everyday. This is by far one of the most difficult workout challenge i have ever tried but in the end it was all worth it because i lost 10lbs. The secret is taking it one day at a time!!

Starting weight- 218.80lbs (99.25kg)
Current weight- 208.80lbs (94.71kg)
Goal weight: 168.00lbs (76.20kg)
