Check out Jim's progress after just 3 weeks!!
Jim has made fantastic progress over the last 3 weeks.
If you missed the post on Jim's Story, click here https://nevertoooldtolift.com/jims-story-part-1/
Jim had been working on Romanian Deadlift (RDL) and Box Squats with a 16kg kettlebell as well as TRX rows and single-arm shoulder press with an 8kg kettlebell.
Given how well he has done, we were able to progress all of these.
Romanian Deadlift - progressed to barbell Deadlift with 40kg.
TRX Rows - progressed by positioning feet further forwards.
Box Squat - progressed by changing to a barbell with 40kg.
Single-arm shoulder press - progressed by increasing to an 11kg dumbbell.
Jim will now work on this for a couple of weeks before we progress his exercise program again.
