Exercise Tutorial: Jack Knife Crunch – Knees Bent

Lay down on your back with your knees bent and feet on the floor, then proceed to straighten your arms out so they are above your head. As you crunch up, bring your arms up and knees until you have completed both a crunch with the upper body and reverse crunch with the lower body. Keep your knees bent throughout the movement.
Avoid lifting your lower back.
