Exercise Tutorial: Partial One Leg Squat / Partial Pistol Squat

Sitting on a stool or chair, stand up in control on one leg.
Make sure that you keep your back neutral and that you only bend at the hip while keeping your knee aligned with your foot.
It is possible to have a table or a sturdy object to help yourself while you stand up.
