What I Eat in a Week - 4 Days- Intermittent Fasting

I hope this what I eat in a day video gives you some ideas for different meals you can make at home to keep you on track for a healthier you. This is 2 days of lower carb and 2 days of regular carb eating. I normally add 2 days of lower carb into my week to keep my body guessing and not in a rut.
