I'm training to run a 5 minute mile (5:00) | 1 mile a day for the first month

This was the first month of training in an attempt to eventually run a 5 minute mile. The plan was to increase mileage with each month, with the first month being just 1 mile, enough to get me started. Unfortunately, I tore my ATFL ligament in my ankle and am still in the recovery process. There won't be any new videos on this until probably late 2021, early 2022.
