LEG WORKOUT - ROSS DICKERSON DAY 1 OF HIS 5-DAY SPLIT

On Day One of his Five Day Split, Ross Dickerson trains Legs.
He's focussing on quads and hamstrings, starting with heavy squats, through to killer lunges, and finally calves - no pain, no gain!
Check back for Day Two - Chest and Triceps.

DAY 3 - LEGS
Warm up: light leg extensions 3 X 10, light squats 3 X 10, dynamic stretches
SQUATS: 4 X 8 REPS
SINGLE LEG PRESS: 3 X 10 REPS
LEG EXTENSIONS: 4 X 8-10
FRONT SQUATS: 3 X 10
NORDIC HAMSTRING CURL: 4 X 8
SEATED LEG CURLS: 3 X 12
DUMBBELL WALKING LUNGES: 3 X 12
CALF RAISES: 5 X 10
