Ross Dickerson combines Chest and Triceps on Day Two of his Five Day Split, which you can follow across the week. Starting on Upper Chest,
DAY 1 - CHEST AND TRICEPS
Warm up: light cable flyes 3 X 15
INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS: 4 X 8-10
FLAT MACHINE PRESS: 3 X 10-12
DUMBBELL FLYES: 4 X 8
TRICEP DIPS: 3 X 10-12
CABLE FLYES: 3 X 10-12
OVERHEAD EXTENTIONS: 4 X 8
TRICEP KICKBACKS: 3 X 10-12 (each arm)
