FLAT MACHINE PRESS: 3 X 10-12
DUMBBELL FLYES: 4 X 8
TRICEP DIPS: 3 X 10-12
CABLE FLYES: 3 X 10-12
OVERHEAD EXTENTIONS: 4 X 8
TRICEP KICKBACKS: 3 X 10-12 (each arm)
