100 Rep Full Body Challenge - Body Weight Only Strength Workout # 1

We started this channel about 6 months ago, we finally reached our 100th video. In the spirit of this 100th video, we decided to have a 100 rep challenge workout for today. This workout targets your upper, lower and core. It took me about 5 min to complete. Here are the exercises:

0 to 10 rep: Bulgarian split squat (one leg first)

10 to 20 rep: Bulgarian split squat (the other leg)

20 to 30 rep: jack pushup

30 to 40 rep: pistol squat (one leg first)

40 to 50 rep: pistol squat (the other leg)

50 to 60 rep: tricep pushup

60 to 80 rep: standing toe touch

80 to 90 rep: shoulder pushup

90 to 100 rep: burpee

This will be a perfect morning workout to wake you up and get your day started on the right note.
