Quick Agility Ladder HIIT Training - Outdoor Workout # 3

This Monday we are taking you guys to the river and share a very fun outdoor agility ladder HIIT cardio. You don't have to perform this workout outdoor. You can perform this workout in your house or in your gym. There are total 12 intervals with 10 sec rest and 50 sec work. If you are beginner, I recommend you start with 30 sec rest and 30 sec work. Here are the 12 exercises:

1. forward shuffle (lead with right foot)
2. forward shuffle (lead with left foot)
3. side shuffle
4. forward hop
5. double trouble (lead with right foot)
6. double trouble (lead with left foot)
7. side straddle hop
8. in/out drill
9. side shuffle (lead with left foot)
10. side shuffle (lead with right foot)
11. zig zag shuffle
12. side hop
