15ml = 1 table spoon
5ml = 1 tea spoon

Please note : Cup measuring are really tricky, so all gram to cup conversions are approximate

80ml ( 1/3 cup ) water
10g ( 4 tsp ) gelatin powder
120ml ( 1/2 cup ) apple juice
120ml ( 1/2 cup ) orange juice
120ml ( 1/2 cup ) cranberry juice
120ml ( 1/2 cup ) black currant juice

45ml ( 3 Tbsp ) water
6g ( 2 + 1/2 tsp ) gelatin powder
24g ( 2 Tbsp ) sugar
240ml ( 1 cup ) hot water
40g ( 3 Tbsp ) lemon juice

Blue food colour

Soda water, lemonade, cider
Sparkling wine, champagne
