Please note : Cup measuring are really tricky, so all gram to cup conversions are approximate

800g ( 1 lb 12oz ) apples
60g ( 1/3 cup ) water
50g ( 1/4 cup ) sugar
26g ( 2 Tbsp ) butter
50g ( 1/4 cup ) sugar

( Apple jam )
Apple skins, cores and seeds
480g ( 2 cups ) water
62g ( 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp ) sugar
26g ( 2 Tbsp ) lemon juice

( Cream cheese mixture )
60g ( 2 oz ) cream cheese
24g ( 2 Tbsp ) sugar
60g ( 2 oz ) sour cream
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

( Garnish )
Icing sugar / powdered sugar
Mint leaves
