Please note : Cup measuring are really tricky, so all gram to cup conversions are approximate

Ingredients Ø 21cm / 8 inch

50g ( 1/3 cup ) dried cranberries
280g ( 8 oz ) apples
36g ( 3 Tbsp ) sugar
6g ( 1/2 Tbsp ) lemon juice

( Bread dough )
24g ( 2 Tbsp ) sugar
3g ( 1 tsp ) instant yeast
80g ( 1/3 cup ) lukewarm water
80g eggs ( 1 + 2/3 eggs )
240g ( 1 + 2/3 cup ) bread flour
3g ( 1/2 tsp ) salt
57g ( 1/4 cup ) butter

( Cream cheese mixture )
100g ( 3.5 oz ) cream cheese
30g ( 2 + 1/2 Tbsp ) sugar
4g ( 1 Tbsp ) lemon juice
7.5g ( 1 Tbsp ) corn starch / corn flour

( Garnish )
Flaked almonds
