270g ( 1 + 2/3 cup + 1 Tbsp ) bread flour
4.5g ( 1/2 + 1/4 tsp ) salt
28g ( 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp ) sugar
30g ( 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp ) butter
90g ( 3.2 oz ) dried mango

35g ( 1/4 cup ) flour / all-purpose flour
35g ( 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp ) water

20g ( 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp ) coconut milk
12g ( 1 Tbsp ) sugar
