Please note : Cup measuring are really tricky, so all gram to cup conversions are approximate

INGREDIENTS Ø 15cm / 6 inch

30g ( 1 oz ) hazelnuts

90g ( 3.2 oz ) biscuits
40g ( 3 Tbsp ) butter

250g ( 8.8 oz ) cream cheese
30g ( 2 + 1 /2 Tbsp ) sugar
15g ( 2 Tbsp ) cornstarch / corn flour
5g ( 1 Tbsp ) cocoa powder
160g ( 1/2 cup + 1/2 Tbsp ) Nutella
2 eggs
160g ( 2/3 cup ) whipping cream
