Hi you guys! I have a vlog style full day of eating for you :) I currently don't track my calories everyday but when I do, I tend to be sitting around 1850 calories in case you're curious. The point of this video is to not imply that you should eat like me! It is purely for meal inspiration and to show you the composition of my meals, my meal timings, and the amount of whole foods that I consume. The AMOUNT of food that each person needs is so different from person to person so don't feel pressured to compare yourself to me in anyway! Hope you guys enjoy, sending love.
