His answer lies in adaptability, perspective, and using personal setbacks as fuel to create opportunities for others. Captain (Dr.) Faiz Kamaludin is a Boeing 777 Captain with China Airlines whose journey reflects how purpose can evolve when lifelong dreams take unexpected turns. Trained as both an aviator and a scholar, he holds a Master of Aviation Management from the University of Newcastle and a PhD in Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainability from Taylor’s University.
