Salmon Chowder

In this short video, we'll show you how to make salmon chowder!

Ingredients:
1 fillet salmon (skin, debone and cut into cubes)
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
2 potatoes, diced
1 can corn
4 TBSP butter
¼ cup flour (for thickening)
¾ cup half and half
1 quart fish stock (vegetable stock or water) *note- add more if it does not cover the vegetables*
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Garlic powder, Old Bay, Sriracha, Worcestershire Sauce

Yields ~6 servings.
