Clam Stuffed Mushrooms

In this short video, we'll show you how to make clam stuffed mushrooms!

Ingredients:
2 packages of large white mushrooms, ends cut off and chopped
For filling:
1 can razor clams

1 garlic clove, crushed
all mushroom ends, chopped
½ stick butter, melted
¼ cup chopped parsley
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
½ cup crushed butter crackers or bread crumbs
