Trout and Eggs

In this short video, we'll show you how to make fried trout and eggs! This recipe is also fantastic for over a campfire!

Don't forget to get your Alaska sport fishing license for access to catch and cook all the species featured in these videos: https://www.adfg.alaska.gov/Store/

Ingredients:
2 trout, filleted, skinned and de-boned
½ roll of crackers
Eggs (1 for fish, additional for frying)
Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Whisk 1 egg in a bowl. Add in trout fillets. Crush up cracker crumbs and pour on a plate. Roll trout fillets in cracker crumbs. Fry in butter until golden brown. Cook eggs in butter. Serve together with ketchup or hot sauce for a delicious breakfast!
