Eating Healthy ~ Canning Greens for Winter

Today's video was inspired by @SimpleLivingAlaska channel. I followed along their Alaskan journey of off-grid homestead challenge of eating only the foods they preserved themselves. Thank you for your inspiration!
We do not have a root cellar and must find ways to preserve food be canning, freezing, and dehydrating. In this video I have decided to preserve some of our greens for the long term storage by pressure canning.
