Canning Strawberry Kompot
Kompot is a very common cold beverage of the eastern European region. Every child is familiar with kompot. This fruit juice is made out of three simple ingredients and can be stored away to preserve the sweetness of summer.
For one quart jar I used:
1 cup (200 g) of berries
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
3 cups (750 ml) boiling water.
Processing water bath 20 minutes.
