Russian Tomato Pie

My Russian tomato pie is especially delicious baked in the brick oven.
here is recipe:
Dough :
1.5 cup flour
1/2 ts salt
1 ts baking powder
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup whole milk yogurt
The Filling:
4-5 tomatoes slices with a little bit of salt (to drain extra liquid)
1 large onion
1 ts sugar
salt/pepper to taste
fresh herbs ( or dry Italian mix)
1 cup mayo (whole fat)
1 cup mozzarella cheese ( shredded)
1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Bake 375F for about 40-45 minutes. Rest 20-25 min before serving.
