Soup Kharcho, Sounds Unusual and Totally Delicious!

Soup Kharcho, is a traditional Georgian soup made with beef, lamb, or goat meat, rice, sour cherry plum purée and chopped walnuts. This soup is very hardy and perfect on a cold winter day. This is my version of Soup Kharcho. Enjoy!

Ingredient list:
1 lb meat with bones (beef, lamb, or goat)
3 q water for broth
1 cup chopped onion
1 bell pepper fine chop
1 plum fine chop
2 large tomatoes fine chop
1 large table spoon tomato paste
1 ts chili paste (optimal)
2 ts Tkemali sauce
1 ts Khmeli suneli spice
1/2 ts cumin
1 ts paprika
2-3 cloves fresh garlic
2 bay leaves
Salt/ Black Pepper to taste.
