Unfortunately, most of us are stuck at home with no way to work out. Gyms are closed, and many of us don't have the equipment to do a full body workout at home. That changes TODAY with this coronavirus workout! This video will walk you through a full body at home workout with no equipment, leaving you no excuses. This no weights, circuit workout will combine exercises to work your lower body, upper body, and core. All you need is a rug, your couch, and your bodyweight. When doing at home workouts, it is important to focus on the quality of your muscle contractions. Check the timestamps below for demonstrations of all of the exercises in this no equipment workout for dads and their families.
30-Minute Full Body Workout 👇
LOWER BODY
(2:30) Air Squats - 20 reps
(3:17) Single Leg Split Squat - 10 per leg
(4:00) Good Mornings - 15 reps
(5:14) Walking Lunges - 1 minute
(6:06) Mountain Climbers - 1 minute
CORE
(7:20) Side Plank - 30 seconds per side
(8:10) RKC Plank - 30 seconds to 1 minute
(8:50) Glute Bridge Kickout - 8 reps per leg
UPPER BODY
(10:24) Push-ups - To failure
(11:50) Super YTWs - 5-10 per position
(13:45) A-Frame Press - To failure
**Each of these 3 groups of exercises is a circuit. Do a circuit once, meaning all of the exercises back to back, and then rest for 1-2min. Do each circuit 2-3 times, then move on to the next circuit.**
