7-Minute Workout For Busy Dads

This 7-minute workout for busy men is one of my favorites. It's time efficient, and an absolute butt kicker, to get your morning started the right way!

With just 4 basic exercises, you can fit this workout in to your mornings, your lunch break, or even in front of the TV in the evening (instead of just sitting on the couch).

The format goes like this:

Push ups - 10 sec on, 10 sec off for 4 rounds = 80 secs
30 sec rest
Burpees - 10 sec on, 10 sec off for 4 rounds = 80 secs
30 sec rest
Air Squats - 10 sec on, 10 sec off for 4 rounds = 80 secs
30 sec rest
Mountain Climbers - 10 sec on, 10 sec off for 4 rounds = 80 secs
Rest
