How to make Fried Crab Sticks and Seaweed Crackers 炸蟹柳 ~ 紫菜脆饼

Fried crab sticks and seaweed crackers are my favourite Chinese New Year snacks. Once you have started, you can't stop eating them. They are quite simple to make and personally I prefer eating these favourful snacks than potato chips. Enjoy!
炸蟹柳和紫菜脆饼是我最喜欢吃的新年零食。这零食让我停不了口,一片接着一片。做法非常简单,我觉得这个比薯片更好吃。希望你们会喜欢哦。
Ingredients:
【Fried Seafood Sticks 炸蟹柳】
Seafood sticks 500g | 蟹柳500克
Corn flour 1 tbsp | 玉米粉 1汤匙
【Fried Seaweed Crackers 紫菜脆饼】
Japanese seaweed sheets | 日式紫菜片
Spring roll sheets | 春卷皮
Egg white | 蛋清
White sesame seeds | 白芝麻
💡Important Notes:

00:45 | The oil should not be too hot and the heat should not be too high when adding the crab sticks into the frying pan, otherwise they will all stick together quickly
01:27 | Apply the egg white thinly onto the sheet, to give a crispy fried seaweed
01:50 | Adding white sesame seeds to give a better taste
02:18 | When adding the seaweed into the frying pan, the oil should not be too hot and the heat should not be too high, otherwise the seaweed crackers will be easily burnt. In addition, seaweed is put into the frying pan facing down, so that every piece of fried seaweed crackers is crispy
02:27 | Ideal frying time for seaweed crackers is 1 minute
➤ Continuous stirring is needed for all frying processes to produce an even frying result
➤ Corn flour = Corn starch
