Email HACKS (Using Newton Mail to Follow Up with VIPs)

When's the last time you tried a different email client?

Sure, almost everyone has Gmail, Yahoo, or some sort of derivative (anyone still using AOL.com?), but then... those same people just go on using whatever stock interface comes WITH that mailing address.

Well what if that stock email client isn't the best for you.

Meaning, what if instead of just using mail.google.com to do all your emailing... you tried a different program?

One built for following up with clients, snoozing emails, setting reminders, and just speeding up your workflow in general?

Today I want to show you what I use: Newton Mail.

I did a lot of searching for a better emailing client, and after a lot of experimentation came across Newton.

Newton:

- Lets you set quick "Remind if Not Replied" notifications so you remember to follow up with that VIP

- Let's you snooze mail to reply at a better time

- Shows you read receipts so you know WHEN someone read your email and IF they read it

- Gives you a 'Tidy Inbox' option, which lets you easily pre-sort your mail, with the most valuable, relevant mail appearing in your inbox

- Learn more about the sender/recipient (like their LinkedIn profile and title) just by hovering over their email address

- UNSEND emails (which is a super cool feature)
