Monster Trap Workout

What's up Strength Team Family. Today's video was requested by Nihal Pathan. He said his TRAPS are lagging and wanted a Trap workout that hits the lower, mid and upper traps. This workout is very efficient and I will guarantee you will lover this workout. My traps were so pumped and have been sore for two straight days. Here is the full workout!
1) Barbell Shrugs - 2 warm up sets x 20 reps
3 sets x 10-15 reps **4th set is a triple drop set (go to failure)
2) Standing Side Dumbbell Shrugs - 4 sets x 12-15 reps (SQUEEZE)
3) Seated Dumbbell Shrugs - 3 sets x 12-15 reps (Pull Back)
4) Smith Machine Behind Back Shrug - 3 sets x 12-15 reps
5) Close Grip Lat Pulldown - 4 sets x 8-12 reps (Hold for 1-2 sec)
6) Cable Side Shrug - 3 sets x 12-15 reps (Really SQUEEZE!!!!)
7) Dumbbell Farmers Walk - 4 sets x 20 steps + Shrugs at the end
