Wednesday’s Workout LEGS

1) Barbell Squats 4 sets x 8,6,4,2 reps (Work up to a heavy 2 rep Max. Rest 2-3 minutes after each set)(My weights were 370,390,410,455lbs and got it for 2 reps!!!)
2) Resistance Band Hack Squats 3 sets x 8 reps .Keep the weight as heavy as you can . Use full range of motion. I used 315,365,405). Rest 1-3 minutes after each set)
3) Leg Press 3 TOTAL SETS 2 SETS X 12 REPS sets & 3rd set is a double drop set x 8x8x8 reps. (Rest 2 minutes)
4a) Lying Leg Curls 3 sets x 10-12 reps (HOLD EACH REP AT THE TOP FOR 2-3 SECONDS WHILE SQUEEZING YOUR HAMSTRINGS. Rest 2 minutes)
***SUPER-SET***
4b) Bodyweight Lunges 3 sets x 10 reps per leg
5) Smith Machine Leg Calves 100 TOTAL REPS. Keep the weight moderately heavy and do 100 total reps. It may take you 4-8 sets but do 100 total. Rest 1 minute after each set)
