2) Bench Press - 72.5% of 1 Rep Max 1 AMRAP Set
3) Key Press - 3 Sets x 8-12 Reps
4) Behind Neck Press - 3 Sets x 8-12 Reps
5) Reverse Front Press - 2 Sets x 15 Reps
6) "Heavy" Push Down - 3 Sets x 8-12 Reps
7) Dumbbell Extension - 3 Sets x 12 Reps
8) Push-Ups - 3 Sets x 10-15 Reps
9) Machine Fly - 1 AMRAP Set
