FCC Releases Order Laying Out Timeline for ISPs to End their ACP Benefits

With the future of the Affordable Connectivity Program in doubt, the FCC has released rules on what must be done to wind down the program. This includes communication with ACP participants. ISPs must send three separate communications to their subscribers who are participating in the Affordable Connectivity Program letting them know that the program will be ending. The first message must go out within 14 days of the order being published, which means a deadline  of January 25, 2024 for the first notice. #AffordableConnectivityProgram #FCC
