15 min Walk at Home Workout | Challenge your arms with light weights
This 15 minute walk at home workout is a cardio workout with lots of arm movements. If you want more of a challenge, use light weights to make it an arm toning workout. This is low impact, safe and great for toning the muscles while getting in combined strength and cardio workout. Start with 1 or 2 lb weights...it definitely gets harder as we go along:)
