Bon Jovi | Legendary 2nd Night at Sydney Football Stadium | Sydney 2010

Even though everyone remembers the final show in Sydney (and rightfully so) for it's legendary rainstorm performance of Something To Believe In amongst others, the second show always drops a bit off the radar. I personally like this one even more, probably due to the setlist being packed with a lot of Slippery and New Jersey material. At a fan club event leading up the concerts, the fans gave Jon a list of tracks they wanted to hear and allegedly fulfilled a lot of the requests during this night. The pacing is very good, I'd Die For You finally feels like a nice-paced rocker again, Richie's backing vocals on Never Say Goodbye are killer and they actually had already finished Bad Medicine when they fired into Pretty Woman afterwards.
The wind and the stadium's acoustics definitely weren't doing the recording many favours and limited the amount of how far it can be pushed. But overall, it got more sonic and the instruments a bit better balanced after some work on it.
