This Pilates-style workout is plank-free, making it an excellent choice for those dealing with wrist pain or shoulder discomfort but still want to strengthen their core. You’ll get a challenging yet safe workout to target your abs, obliques, and lower belly without putting unnecessary strain on your wrists or shoulders which is something I commonly see in my classes.

This is a no equipment Pilates workout, so you only need a mat to get started. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, these Pilates ab exercises will help you build a stronger core.
