Spiking neural network with conduction delay

This is the most complete model of spiking neural network I realized.
orange synapses = low impact on the net
lite blue synapses = high impact
the net exhibits formation of pattern after an opportune training peroid; after a while we can see the propagation of action potential to closer neurons.
